judging criteria

The competition is for "Fun and Fashionable Racewear", and a panel of children's fashion industry representatives and celebrity judges will determine winners based on the following criteria:

• Grooming and deportment
• Appropriateness of the outfit for the person's age, the climate and the race day
• Style and originality

Please note that:

• Contestants must enter on their own behalf and are not permitted to be dressed by a third party or have any commercial agenda
• Prize-winners are not permitted to transfer their prizes to a third party
